The customer is a market-leading diagnostics and healthcare services provider operating a large network of laboratories and diagnostic centers across India. Their IT infrastructure supports critical healthcare applications, laboratory information systems, and digital patient services that require high availability, performance, and scalability.

To support growing operational demand and modernize their infrastructure, the organization initiated a data center hardware refresh program involving compute, network, and application delivery components.

The customer needed to replace aging data center infrastructure with modern platforms while ensuring minimal disruption to critical healthcare applications.

Hardware Deployment (Racking & Stacking)

Conducted detailed reviews of 25 FortiGate firewall configurations across all locations

Security Policy Review

Provided on-site support for:

â—‹ Physical installation of Cisco UCS chassis
â—‹ Deployment of Cisco Nexus switches
â—‹ Installation of A10 load balancers

Cisco UCS Cluster Setup

Configured the Cisco UCS compute environment, including chassis configuration and cluster setup to prepare the platform for production workloads.

Network Integration

Integrated the new compute and networking infrastructure to ensure proper connectivity, redundancy, and high availability.

Load Balancer Parallel Deployment

Deployed the A10 load balancer in parallel with the existing environment and configured application delivery policies.

Traffic Migration Strategy

Gradually shifted application traffic to the new load balancing infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth transition.

Infrastructure Handover for Data Migration

Delivered a fully configured and operational infrastructure platform ready for application and data migration by the customer team.
